Please read the instructions below before you download and complete a copy of our job application.

Please complete IN FULL the Job Application form by following these instructions:

Employment Application: Type or print neatly. Be sure to initial each of the six items under Applicants Statements on the last page of the Employment Application form. Also, check one of the two boxes (Yes or No) following item #4 of the Applicants Statement. Make sure you sign and date the Employment Application form.
Pilot Applicants: Must meet FAR part 135 IFR minimums. Make sure your resume includes total flight times.

Return all of the forms, together with the following additional required items:

Copy of your current DMV record.
Copy of your current credit report. www.annualcreditreport.com (free 1st annual report)
Copy of your Airman’s Certificate if applicable.
Copy of your most recent Medical Certificate as applicable to a position in the flight department.
Include any additional documents, such as a resume, training certificates, awards, etc.
